Hello there, and to accompany the Richard Burton exhibition currently running at Narberth Museum, we’re running a poetry competition, on the theme of ‘My Great Welsh Icon’.

So if you’re inspired to write a poem to a leek, daffodil, dragon, Nye Bevan or Charlotte Church, we would love to hear from you. All entries will be exhibited in our gallery here, and you’re invited to come and read your poem on Thursday, December 11th in the Christmas Book Bar at Chapter One. The winner will go on display in the museum, and receive a gift of poetry books.
